ABOUT THE DESIGN:
Vintage Berlin Wall-era East German Army Shirt. Made from a cotton/poly/viscose mix and are very comfortable on the skin.
On the sleeves are attached 2 military cargo straps that belonged to the German armed forces.
On the front is the MIR Eagle logo. This Eagle was a powerful anti-establishment and anti-administration symbol during the 50's and 60'. The eagle conveys the message "Strike first, Dont wait for them to hit you!"
On the back is the MIR Skull, inspired by Russian Criminal Tattoos. This type of skull with the hammer and sickle was meant to be a more accurate symbol of Soviet Russia.
MIR is a Russian word for "world". But its an acronym for "Menya Ispravit Rastrel" meaning "Execution will Reform Me"

Symbols of anti-authority and criminal lifestyle, worn by men and women who believed in standing up to the powers that be, "baring their teeth" and not selling their soul to the government. These tattoos forever marked the wearer as part of a society that lived by it's own codes and laws.
