This top is an admirable design and you will make a statement as you embrace this classic, vintage 19th century inspired creation! Fitted on like a bodice, the Neo Victorian Top sets the standard of a sexy and classy lass! A button up frock from top to bottom that exhibits outstanding patterning across the front. Sweet lines of lace accentuate your breast line with a carved shaped panel forming the waist with studded trimming, a dainty design enhancing your waistline and lower back. From the hems it drops into a full flare ruffling around your hips, falling lower at the back with three layers of frills. The sleeves swing out into a funky bell bottom and the neckline buttons up high with lace trimming. The dashing lace up feature at the back enables you to tighten the stunning bodice design firmer if you desire. This steam punk influenced top displays a striking look with its gorgeous antique style, sparked with a cheeky dash of pirate pizazz!
