Our versatile and modern take on the 1800's era french kepi or forage cap. Equally appropriate when playing banjo in the french quarter or lounging on Hermosa Beach. The kepi originated in France in the 1830's before being adopted by both Confederate and Union forces during the Civil War.
Cow leather brim, soft leather black suede top. Hand cast alpaca (white brass) button.
Wipe the leather with a damp cloth and dry with a soft, dry cloth.
