About the design:

Circa 1885, cocaine drops were used to instantaneously cure and dull the pain of toothaches. They were considered to be a phenomenal drug not only for their pain relieving qualities but also for their euphoric side effects. Cocaine's addictive properties led to the drops to be outlawed with the passing of the Dangerous Drug Act of 1920.
