As we're sure you know, Delicious specializes in one of a kind and limited run pieces by independent designers. For that reason we never have an "unending stock" of any of the designs you see on our site. In fact, the items you see on our site are the same items we sell in our store, and are the same items we take with us when we set up our "pop-up boutiques" at trade shows and festivals. We try our best to keep inventory levels accurate, however with sales happening in-store, on location, and online simultaneously there is always the possibility that stock may run out even though the web-store may accept your order. Please bear with us as technology tries to catch up to our crazy, caffeine fueled, no-sleep techniques!
If an item you order on our website is unavailable (whether it be sale or regular price) we will offer you a refund, an exchange, or we will attempt to re-source the item for you from the designer. Many times however sale items are pieces that are being discontinued, so often they cannot be re-made.
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Delicious shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged.
