Exchanges & Returns

We know that online purchasing can be tricky ...we want to help remove as much guesswork as possible! Our staff is happy to provide you with accurate measurements and fit information prior to placing your order. If, however, an item just doesn't work you can return it for exchange or account credit - the below conditions apply:

Requesting an RMA:

  • Return requests (RMA # requests) must be made no later than 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Returns must be shipped back within 3 days of the issuance of the RMA number.
  • Mark the issued RMA # on the outside of the package or include it inside along with the item(s) that were approved for return.


  • Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were sent - clean, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All sales are final on:
    Made to Order/Special Order items, face coverings/masks, undergarments, earrings, items discounted by 25% or more, final sale and pre-owned items.
  • We are not responsible for damages due to shipping & handling, regular wear & wash, misuse, or accidents.
  • Unauthorized or late returns, including refused or unclaimed packages, are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of merchandise total plus all shipping charges.

Approved Returns:

  • Approved regularly priced items are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund (conditions apply.)
  • Approved items received back to us within 7 days of delivery date are eligible for domestic US exchange, store credit, or refund (minus shipping charges and 10% restocking fee.)
  • Approved items received back to us after 7 days of delivery date are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
  • Refunds, if eligible, will be issued to original payment source, minus shipping charges and 10% restocking fee.
  • Restocking fees are waived for exchanges or account credits.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Email us with the tracking number of your return package. A tracking number will be necessary to file a claim if a return does not get back to us. Delicious cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost, stolen, or undelivered.
  • Any Rewards Points (Delicious Dollars) that were earned from the purchase of a returned item will be deducted from your account.
  • If a refund is not requested or eligible then a store credit is automatically created.
  • You will be notified by email when your return has been received. Allow 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed and refunds or store credits to be issued.
