In-Stock Boutique Merchandise:

We know that online purchasing can be a tricky ordeal ...we want to help remove as much guesswork as possible! Our staff is happy to provide you with accurate measurements and fit information prior to placing your order. If, however, an item just doesn't work you can return it for exchange or account credit - the below conditions apply:

  • Return requests (RMA # requests) must be made within 14 days.
  • Please mark the issued RMA # on the outside of the package or include it inside along with the item(s) that were approved for return.
  • Returns must be shipped back within 3 days of the issuance of the RMA number.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were sent - clean, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Approved regularly priced items are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund (minus shipping charge, or our delivery cost.)
    - Within 7 days approved returns are eligible for domestic US exchange, store credit, or refund.
    - After 7 days approved returns are eligible for store credit only.
    - After 14 days any return eligibility exceptions will be determined on a case by case basis.
  • Refunded products are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Restocking fees are waived for exchanges/account credits.
  • Unauthorized or late returns, including refused or unclaimed packages, are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of merchandise total plus all shipping charges.
  • All sales are final on Discounted and Sale items, Made to Order/Special Order items, facemasks, and undergarments.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Any Rewards Points (Delicious Dollars) that were earned from the purchase of a returned item will be deducted from your account.
  • Email us with the tracking number of your return package so we can be aware of any potential delays on the part of the shipping carrier. A tracking number will be necessary to file a claim if a return does not get back to us.

Made to Order or Special Order Items:

  • All Made to Order / Special Order items are made specifically to fill your order, and therefore are final sales.
  • Delicious guarantees Made to Order items will be free from damage or defect.
  • If an order is found to be damaged please contact us within 14 days for a Return Authorization #.
  • We will gladly replace or repair any damaged pieces.
  • Delicious cannot be held responsible for damages that occur as a result of negligence, improper wear and care, or improper cleaning.
  • There are no cancellations/refunds for Made to Order pieces after work has started on your order.
