Pre-Orders & Special Orders
What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-Order items are already being made for us - they're confirmed and are expected to arrive to us soon.
- Pre-ordering ensures that your selected size, color, or item is reserved just for you.
- Pre-ordered items are paid upon checkout - this guarantees the item you want cannot be purchased by anyone else!
- Pre-ordered items never see the sales floor - they are shipped to you as soon as they are received!
- If the price of a pre-ordered item goes down before it is received, you will be refunded the difference. However, if the price goes up you are still locked in at your lower price!
- Pre-ordered items receive Rewards Points (Delicious Dollars) just like any other purchase.
- Pre-ordered items are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund just like any other item. The 14-days return/exchange period does not start until the item is received.
What is Special Order / Made to Order?
Special Order or Made to Order items are not created until they are ordered - They are made just for you!
- Special order items are made to order. Work begins once the order is placed.
- All Made to Order / Special Order items are made specifically to fill your order, and therefore are final sales.
- Every designer's completion time is different - contact us for an expected time of completion if one is not shown on the site.
- Delicious guarantees that your special order will be free from damage or defect.
- If a special order is found to be damaged please contact us within 14 days of delivery date - We will gladly replace or repair any damaged pieces.
- Delicious cannot be held responsible for damages that occur as a result of negligence, improper wear and care, or improper cleaning.
- There are no cancellations/refunds for Made to Order styles after work has started on your item.
